Essie Bikini So Teeny Review and Swatch

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a good day. I recently moved into my new apartment this past weekend and I have to say the first couple of nights were rough. I am farther away from my family which is harder then I thought since I can't meet anyone for a quick lunch anymore. But it is getting better. I have a cheerful color to show you that made me feel better once it dried because holy crap the formula is not good.

Bikini So Teeny is a periwinkle blue with very subtle silver shimmer. Subtle, meaning you only notice it in the bottle not on the nails. So back to the formula, this polish required three coats. There was pooling, dragging, and bald spots. However when I have the time this color is worth it because it is pretty.

Zoya Nyx Swatch and Review

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a great day! I have to do some serious packing this week because I am moving into my new apartment for school on Saturday and it is four hours away so if I forget anything I can't just drive back home to get it. Which means I have to make sure I triple check to see if I have everything. Since I'll be doing a lot of packing I picked a pixiedust to wear.

Nyx is a soft greyed out blue with fine silver glitter. It is a pixiedust formula which means that it wears really well on me. It is a little sheer so I wore three coats. I used two coats of topcoat to smooth everything out.

Sinful Colors Island Coral Swatch and Review

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a great day. My vacation was amazing. It felt so good to get away from work, school, and every other stressor in my life and just sit on a beach. So needless to say coming back was pretty hard. I am slowly getting back in the groove of things. The polish I picked out today is one that reminded me of my vacation so of course I have to wear it.

Island Coral is a bright salmon creme. I have no issuses with the formula and used two coats for the photos below.

Zoya Dannii Swatch and Review

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a great day! This is my last post I am writing before my vacation. I am leaving today and will start posting again when I come back in the second week in August. I know some people get mad when bloggers take a break but I really do not see my family much, let alone my extended family so I want to spend as much time with them as possible and also my internet was be almost nonexistent so I could not really post anyways. I am sorry about that.

Today I have another Zoya to show you. for some reason I have been gravitating towards these polishes to swatch for you guys. No idea why.

Dannii is a purple shimmer. In some lights it does have a flash of red and gold, but it is not a true duochrome. When looking at the bottle I was not really drawn to this color but now that it is no my nails I like it more then I thought I would. I used two coats for the photos below and had zero issues with the formula.

Rimmel Sunset Orange Swatch and Review

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a good day today. I have just one more day to make it through until I get my much needed vacation! To celebrate I decided to wear a bright polish from Rimmel.

Sunset Orange is a orange jelly with a touch of coral . It is bright  color and it freaked my camera out a little. I used three coats for the photos below. If you have longer nails you might need more coats since it is a jelly so therefore less opaque.

I only had one photo that really got the color right so ignore the different pose from normal.

Zoya Tomoko Swatch and Review

Hi everyone. I hope you are all having a good day. Mine is pretty good, I have a count down going until I get to go on vacation! I am pretty excited to see my niece and nephew who I haven't seen in a long time. But back to the polish, I have what is one of my favorite polishes from Zoya to show you today.

Tomoko is a mix of gold and silver that creates an almost champage shade of polish. This color is a PixieDust so it does have a texture finish. If that bothers you then you can put two coats of top coat over it. I love wearing these types of polishes when I need a longer wear time out of my polishes because these last a long time without chipping. I used two coats and had no trouble with the formula. Those who have longer nails might need to do three coats to over up the visible nail line.

Digital Nails Use the Sword as a Sword and Hard Candy Black Tie Optional Swatch and Review

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. I had to work all weekend but to make it better I have a pretty polish to show you. Today I have the other color I picked up from the Digital Nails Definitely Not Cute Collection that was based off of the cartoon on Youtube called Bee and Puppycat.

Use the Sword as a Sword is a bright pink crelly. I am in love with this polish! I used two coats and had no troubles with the formula.

Black Tie Optional is a mix of black bar glitter and both black and white small and large hex glitters. I got this polish when this mixture was all the rage and every company was making this type of polish. I do like how simple the glitter is though so it goes with a lot of polish. I used one coat and had no issues with the formula.
